Introduction
Additive Manufacturing, commonly known as 3D printing, combines computer-aided design, material processing and molding technology, based on digital model files, and uses software and numerical control systems to combine special metal materials, non-metal materials and medical biological materials , According to the methods of extrusion, sintering, melting, light solidification, spraying, etc., layer by layer, the manufacturing technology of manufacturing physical objects. This product is mainly used in the sintering process of additive manufacturing to solidify and sinter metallic or non-metallic materials. The special furnace air circulation system ensures the degreasing and pre-sintering of the materials during the sintering process. The product does not crack or crack at the high-temperature sintering stage. No deformation, no pollution, high yield.
Many Additive Manufactured metal components require a heat-treatment solution with precise temperature uniformity. This ensures the manufactured parts adhere to the proper metallurgical properties of the selected metal alloy. Atmosphere furnace with low vacuum to exchange the gas provides a possibility to additive manufacturing, which is called 3D print generally. Our furnaces are designated for all the technologies includes metal processing – melting or sintering of metallic powders.
