Introduction
The split sintering tube furnace hinge design permits easy process tube installation, fast cooling, and overall ease of operation. These furnaces come equipped with energy-efficient heating elements that provide superior temperature uniformity, fast heat-up and cooldown and require little or no maintenance.

MoSi2 Rod Heating Elements
Introduction
The 1700C degree wire annealing tube furnace is often customized in order to precisely meet the user’s requirements on the sintered material. The furnace adopts U type MoSi2 rods as heaters. Vertically distributed in two sides, ensures an improved temperature gradient. Resistance of a MoSi2 heating element does not change under normal use, and you can mix new and old elements together.
