High quality light mullite refractory brick (ceramic fiber are optional)
High level HRE heating wire wearing on the ceramic tube
Heating from three sides for an optimal temperature uniformity
High sealing performance, Max vacuum level up to 0.01Pa
Available for inert gases such as N2, Argon etc.

Introduction
STZ 1400 series sintering vacuum furnace feature a sealing chamber with Mitsubishi (Japan) high quality alumina fiber insulation and MoSi2 heating elements. A double walled steel internal housing helps minimize heat loss to exterior surface. Designed water inlet and outlets for furnace cooling supply a good outside temperature for vacuum furnace heat treating.
